Orders are shipped under standard shipping method via S.F. Express, or Hong Kong SpeedPost, depending on the shipping address.
Please ensure all information is correct when providing your shipping information during checkout. We may be required to contact you if there is any incorrect and/or missing information, which may cause delays in shipping your order. Delays may also occur due to pending payment verifications or customs clearance.
Delivery Times
Orders placed after 9:00am Monday to Friday (GMT+8) will be processed within 1-5 business day(s).
Free shipping can be applied to orders that meet the minimum amount required, excluding discounted, sale and print products.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination. For Hong Kong Local delivery, the estimated delivery time would be 1-3 business day(s) after we have processed the order. For Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan and other international countries, the estimatedelivery time would be 5-14 business days after we have processed the order.
All orders shipping to P.O. Box and U.S. military addresses will be shipped via Hong Kong SpeedPost, which may take an additional 5-10 business day to deliver.
